Good Aspects, but Some Issues

The room was enormous and very comfortable. Double beds were spacious. All clean and well decorated.
The check-out time at 11 a.m. is very unreasonable. If you dislike children a lot, please avoid staying at this hotel. It is filled with half-orcs. I was awakened every morning by the sound of running and screaming in the hallways.

The staff acted professionally. They were helpful from the reception to the concierge. The hotel kept cleanliness at a high level even with many guests staying there. I appreciated that.

Riya assisted me greatly at the front desk. Htoo was also great at the restaurant. The hotel included charming characters. It did add a nice touch.
The check-out time at 11 a.m. is not reasonable. The hotel felt full of half-orcs. I did heard running and screaming in the hallways each morning.
